DO NOT USE ifixyouri.com.!!! It is the WORSE most UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY OUT THERE.!!!

All of the staff are just rejects that Apple didn't hire.

My pronl all started when I dropped my brand new one day old iPhone 4 in the toilet (yes I know this was my fault) so I serched around on the Internet for a repair and found ifixyouri. To have my phone fixed and sent off it cost about 40 to 60 dollars. On the site it says that the process takes 24 Hours. LIES.!

It was four days before I even found out my phone was THERE. After about a week they emailed me and told me the rear camera didn't work and it would cost 119 dollars to fix. WTF.? I only paid 99 dollar for the phone.

And I only had it for day so why pay that much.! After I told them I would not give them anymore of my they offered to buy it from me for 60 dollars. Really?!? I also declined that offer and asked to have it sent back to me.

And they couldnt get that right.! Instead of returning my property by the address I sent to them they sent it to my address on my PayPal account with my p.o. Box. So to inconvenience me EVEN MORE I had to go to a ups distribution center and finally get my phone after about three and a half weeks.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A LOCAL PERSON TO FIX IT.! WORSE COMPANY EVER.!

We are apologetic that you had a poor experience with us. In this instance we were working with a water damaged phone and quoted the cost to replace the camera, which the customer declined.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the return of the device, as it appears we made an error. As a showing of good faith, I will be happy to provide a 15% off discount on any future repair.

went to the ifixyouri for a cracked BlackBerry Z10 screen took 2weeks to get my phone back, ordered an otterbox case for my phone that took over 3weeks so I canceled the order, went to the hospital to see my dying grandmother and couldn't take any pics because they forgot to put my camera back in my phone, so I had to make another far trip, got online on my BlackBerry and noticed my screen was not flipping when I turned phone sideways, called ifix and got one of their rude in UNprofessional employees, told him I wanted to speak to the owner and was asked why, when I told him why I heard him say " whatever", I was like did you just say whatever?... reply" oh no I was talking to someone else.

now I have to go back to get my screen settings adjusted. I am So pissed with this disrespectful, unprofessional, lack of customer service/care... these people suck and if they don't get my phone back working how it was then someone is gonna need to " fix their EYE! " lol...

jk. but really I'm pissed. and wouldn't recommend. just use your insurance and get a new phone.

If your phone was 1 day old, why didnt you use a warranty? To expect this company to fix your phone AND pay for the parts is a bit of a dream on your part.

IfixyourI is indeed a messed company. Days on the phone trying to resolve issues. In the end, the recommended a new vibrator motor and battery. Battery was new and vibrator motor still worked when I go it back. The core issue of not being able to conenct to a computer via the usb port was not even identified or fixed. Took it a local repair shop and done in 45 minutes.

This palce recommends unneeded repairs and does NOT fix the problems identified when the phone is sent in.

So let me get this straight... you admittedly and carelessly damaged your $500 phone, but because you only paid $99 and hadn't had it long enough to get attached to it, THESE people were ripping you off by asking $119 to repair it? Please learn to spell and stop expecting people to fix your mistakes for free.

To alleviate the costs of purchasing a new iPhone at $700 you offered $60. That phone can be sold on eBay, broken for 200.

You are going to fix it for 20 and sell it for 500. That's a 625% profit margin. Cheap skates. I was sold on your service.

Was about to sign up to get a water damage repair for 30. But that doesn't cover parts? And what percent would you say need parts?

Everything works on mine, it just won't charge. Sounds like a scam.

I am from iFixYouri.com. We apologize that you did not find our services to be acceptable, but there are definitely a couple misunderstandings. The water damage repair service is NOT a 24 hour repair, due to the complexity of the repair. Due to weekends, we were only able to work on your iPhone for 4 business days. Ultimately, we were able to get your device working, but it required more parts to be in a 100% working condition. To be 100% working, it needed a rear camera, as well as, a new vibrate switch. These 2 repairs would cost $119.98. Upon checkout through our website, we urge our customers to read the terms and conditions before accepting them. In the terms, it states that the water damage repair service DOES NOT include any parts that are damaged. We were, indeed, able to repair your logic board and turn a nonworking iPhone into a working one. Also, we need the customers consent to install any additional parts, but in this case, you denied the repairs. We offer to purchase device to alleviate the cost of purchasing a new device. Finally, the shipping mix up came from the address that you signed up with through our website, not from Paypal. We simply shipped your device to the address we had on file for your account. The customer has to enter that information before checking out, so we know where to ship the device.

In closing, we would again like to apologize for, what you believe to be, a bad experience with iFixYouri.com. On a personal note, all of our techs, including myself are not "just rejects that Apple didn't hire." We love working for a company where almost all of our customers are truly grateful for our services.

When the iFixYouri rep says "almost all of our customers are truly grateful for our services" he/she is talking about every customer that doesn't need warranty work. I can assure you they are more than willing to take your money, but when it comes to honoring their work...

well, they just disappear.
